HORRIBLE, THE TECHS ARE TERRIBLE AND DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Was told I needed a gasket changed as there was a slight oil leak. I hadn't noticed my vehicle leaking any oil but decided to have the gasket done to be on the safe side. The following week i noticed oil drips in my driveway. When i opened the hood I noticed some pooling by engine as well. I took it back up there and was told it was just some excess oil from when the gasket was changed. I was told the tech just didn't do a good job cleaning up and that they re cleaned the engine compartment and there was no leak. I brought my car home and the following week it was still leaking. When i brought it back for the 3rd time they re did the whole job. I was then told the gasket was pinched and that had been causing the leak. No kidding that is what i had said 2 weeks ago when i first brought it back. Stay away. more

BRIAN THE MANAGER (SAID HE WAS FROM ANOTHER STORE, BENSALEM) WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND VERY EASY TO WORK WITH, I BELIEVE THE TECH THAT WORKED ON MY CAR WAS KEITH AND HE ACTUALLY EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY BRAKING SYSTEM. I NEVER KNEW WHAT A CALIPER SLIDE WAS UNTIL AFTER I WAS DONE TALKING TO KEITH. THIS NEW STAFF IS GREAT AND I HOPE THEY STAY. THANKS AGAIN FOR THE GREAT WORK more

The manager was very helpful and very knowledgable. I think I found my new mechanic. Give them a try. \r Pros: Very friendly and knowledable staff Cons: TV is small and there is no cable. more

I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR REPAIR, AND NOT ONLY WAS THE CAR FIXED THE FIRST TIME THE RIGHT WAY, THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES WHO FOUND THE PROBLEM ; NOT EVEN THE DEALER COULD FIND! After taking my car for the fourth time to have it fixed for the same problem, I was called to pick up my car and I instructed them to leave the car locked with the keys inside because I could not get there until after they closed, I found my car LOCKED INSIDE with the hood still up!!!! I don't know if it's fixed as I was told. I couldn't get to it because the place was closed with my car inside. DO NOT take qanything there to be fixed!!!!!!! more
