Building our own home was a dream....with everything starting it was fun and exciting....then over whelming and scary. The price we thought we could build for was blown out of proportion by suppliers and builders. Cons: couldn't think of anything negitive to say....I swear the help they gave us was great. Like a big breath of fresh air.
