Great plumber choice 12/15/2016

Called Mr. Rooter Columbus for a leaking hot water tank and they responded within an hour. Their plumber, Martin S. was very professional and did a great job. He even checked the new water tank and found a factory defect that he instantly repaired. Great company and really great staff. more

Customer Service 12/12/2016

Chad visited our home on a weekend morning and proceeded to deal with a variety of service items which we had delayed in addressing. He was courteous, explained his steps accordingly and proceeded to repair after we approved all he suggested. We would recommend Mr. Rooter and Chad to any of our friends who would ask for a referral. more

Always Does a Great Job 10/11/2016

Since moving to Dublin OH we have used Mr. Rooter for plumbing work. Chad R. came out this time and had to replace the disposal. While replacing the disposal he found that we had an additional problem and pointed it out to me. We discussed the pros and cons of fixing now or later. We had him fix the problem. He was always courteous and professional. Working with the staff at Mr. Rooter they have always done a great job. more

Very pleased with service and highly recommend 5/20/2011

I called these guys out to help with a downspout pipe backup somewhere between house and street. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained the possible options. A few days later he came back with the needed equipment and got the job done. I made the mistake of calling another well known company out and they were not able to fix the problem yet charged me for the call. These guys won't charge you if they aren't able to do anything. Save yourself headaches and call these guys first. more

Who has not heard of Columbus Plumbers? That is because their reputation proceeds them. My husband tries his best to fix our plumbing problems, he really does, and that's just about the time we call for help. In other words, we know these guys are dependable, and can get you out of jam. Efficiency and Quality are key when you pick a plumber. We recommend using their services. more

I had a great service from Mr. Rooter. We've had 3 different companies try to sort out the plumbing in our house and NONE of them fixed it. Mr. Rooter's Plumbers were prompt, good value and the guys were really polite. But the most important thing is they fixed our plumbing problems. Amazing. Definitely one to recommend! more

Mr. Rooter Plumbing and their crew actually did more than we contracted for; the final cost came in at the very low end of their estimate. First rate work for the plumbing services done. Also, great communication. The plumber called every day to tell me what he was going to do that day and make sure I was satisfied with the previous work). Highly recommended! more
