Jamie was a great technician, very knowledgeable and friendly. Because of him I would recommend Mr. Rooter to my friends and family and ask for Jamie. He did a free home inspection and gave me some great advice. more

All personnel were cheerful, comfortable, informative and patient in answering all my questions. O make the ending even sweeter, Mr. Chris C. helped me out with one of our leaking toilets - it took him under five minutes to resolve the problem. He (Phillip) was great, very professional and treated my parents with respect and answered all their questions and explained it to them in a way that even they understood. I was not there when a tech named Mungi came, but from what I gathered he was the same, very respectful and helpful. more

I had a valve leak a few hours before having to go out of town, and Eugene was able to find the parts for my water meter and fix it the same day, allowing me not to have to move my travel arrangements. I sincerely appreciate his going the extra mile (literally, since he had to drive about 40 miles to pick up the part) to resolve the problem quickly. more

Your service technician Mike performed an outstanding job at my house today. Mike's expertise in the removal of some very difficult roots in my main drain pipe gave me a sense of great relief and peace of mind! I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. satisfied with the work 11/23/2010

I am writing this comment because my family and I are really satisfied with the work of the technicians who came Monday for an estimate on plumbing work on the house that we rent. They were very thourough and explained everything to us and the owner of the property. They maintained their composure even when dealing with an owner who at times gets pushy. more
