Really great service! Technician fromMr. Drain Plumbingwas very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He explained clearly what the problem, all the options, is and then expertly continues to clean the drain. He came within an hour’s, and there was no extra Emergency fee. Another thing that I liked was excellent customer service! I hopefully will not need a plumber soon again, but if I do I will immediately call Mr. Drain Plumbing. I even purchased a lifetime Advantage Plan Membership. Thanks again. more

Main Drain Problem 11/19/2012

The staff at Mr. Drain Plumbing has been very helpful in fixing our drain problems. Not only they promptly answered our call but they also were able to explain what was happening in details as to why we were experiencing so many back-ups in our basement (tree roots). Also they proposed to do the job internally without having to dig and since completion we haven't had any problem related to this. We have been using their services even for different issues and they have always been reliable. Thanks Mr. Drain Plumbing more

Main Drain Backing Up 10/29/2012

Plumbing Technician from Mr. Drain Plumbing came promptly and did a great job in assisting with the problem of Main Line backed up and fixed our drain clogging issue. I would definitely recommend him again and I would request him again. more
