Best service ever 5/23/2006

Jim Pendleton was great, he took time to review all my options. Then he explained the diference between working with a broker and a direct lender. As a direct lender he was able to get a program that a broker couldn't get. What a diference, it saved me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend Jim Pendleton, he's "Mr. Mortgage". more
