Mr Margarita

What can be said! Well, just ask Mr. Personality, Mr. Jar Head, but don't ask MR.Margarita!! What a joke this company is! The machine we rented was filthy and torn up. It did work, but I would not recommend anyone rent from this man. He is the most demeaning, unprofessional person I have ever come in contact with. He talked down to me (probably my gender), and gave me the run down of the machine in about 2 seconds! I agree with the previous ratings...if there were a ZERO, this guy would get it. more

If there was a rating ZERO that is what this guy would received. This guy know ZERO about running a company. We rented a machine from this tool bag and it did not work! When we called about it, nothing was his fault and he said ""It's probably the crapy wiring job mexicans did on your house."" For starters, I can't believe this guy doesn't get the CRAP beat out of him and second, I have no idea how this guys stays in business. DO NOT USE MR. MARGARITA!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!! more

He is extremely insulting. Failure of his machines are never his fault but it is our lack of intelligence to follow instructions and our power supply. He was late to bring the machine and when it arrived one side didn't freeze until all the guests had left and the other side took over 3 hours to freeze. I don't know how this man is still in business!! more

Horrible experience! I would never recommend that anyone use these guys. He is the most rude and insulting person I have ever been in contact with. Our machine did not work...period! We left numerous messages on the emergency number with no response. He got the messages 24 hours after the party ended, once he got back in town. When I talked with him the following morning, he said it was not his fault that he was in a location where he did not have cell coverage. When I told him I had already called my credit card company and had the fee reversed, he proceeded to call me an a*#hole! When I told him my father-in-law, father, and mother in law all tried to get the machine to work and failed, he told me they were all stupid and not capable of reading plain English. When I told them the chairs were not cleaned and one table was broken, he said that was a lie. He also called my wife a liar over the phone. I wont even go into the story of how rude and insulting he was when he arrived to pick up his stuff. more

TERRIBLE experience. I suspect that the good review below was written by the owner. Look at the screen name. Before I even picked up the machine my wife told me that she hated to give her money to such a rude person. But he had the machine we wanted so we went with them anyway. I picked up the machine, took it to the event location plugged it in and watched smoke pore out of it. Called the emergency number on a Friday at noon. Got a reply 6 hours later. The owner immediatly started talking to me like I was an idiot and saying that I had done something wrong. When that didn't pan out he said it was a power surge. When that didn't pan out he said that Mexicans probably did a shi**y job wiring the building. I thought that the least he could do in a situation where his lack of quality control had caused me this many problems was to send me another machine. I ended up begging him to meet me at his location 40 miles away in the morning to swap out the machine. This was perhaps the worst dealings I have ever had with a business of any kind. We rented a margarita machine from the Kemah location and the customer service was terrible. The man was rude and demeaning. When I wrote an e-mail to the company to let them know about our experience, I was shocked at the response I received. The man made fun of my e-mail and e-mailed me several times letting me know I was the one with the problem, even calling my husband a liar and suggesting my husband has been lying to me about other things. Rather than thanking me for the feedback he called my e-mail very entertaining. Even after I asked him not to e-mail me back he e-mailed me 2 more times to insult me. My husband and I own a business as well, I cannot fathom treating a customer this way!! I have read several reviews in other sites about a rude man at this location, I wish I had done my research before renting from there. Also, they claim it only takes 45 minutes for the margaritas to freeze, that was not the case, it took close to two hours. Pros: Good margaritas Cons: HORRIBLE customer service more

This company is the greatest. They have EXCELLENT customer service and on time deliveries. The margarita machine rental was clean and worked flawlessly. THe delivery drivers took the extra time to set it up and prepare the margaritas for our guests. We loved the karaoke machine rental as well -That was a blast! And the tables and chairs we rented were clean. These guys took the time to set up everything and to take it down when our event was finished. THEY EVEN HELPED CLEAN UP!!!!! MR.
