Good service, bad pricing. 1/27/2019

Done this review multiple times and my opinion hasn’t changed. Great techs, bad business model. Ended up paying over $1200 to change a door when initial estimate was 6-700$. I talked to my original tech Who was busy, I got an estimate for the same type door to be replaced at the back of the house was was given a estimate for $450. Handyman has great techs, however they are grossly overpriced for what they do. They need to look at the overall job, not strictly “time”. more

Great customer service 1/15/2019

This was my first time using Mr. Handyman serving Greater Jacksonville. I needed to have someone out after Hurricane Matthew passed to do some repairs. Everything came out really nice, and the service was good. I had a great overall experience, and I have already been recommending them to others needing repairs! more

Mr. Handyman serving Greater Jacksonville is a great company to work with. I recently had them come out to my company again to patch some holes in the walls. Everything turned out just perfect! I really like that the company offers good customer service. The technician they sent out to do the work was very polite and knowledgeable. We definitely will use them again when we need to. The work came out just fine. 1/4/2019

Mr. Handyman serving Greater Jacksonville did such good work for us that I would have no problem recommending them. They made it easy to get an appointment that worked with our schedule, and showed up on time. They built a ladder in our garage that leads up to our attic space and installed a door, which was just fine, makes it a lot nicer not to have the draft. more

I hired Mr. Handyman serving Greater Jacksonville to put some wood trim around my fireplace. They did a really good job and it turned out very good. I have never used them before and after this job, I would use them again. The fireplace looks very good and I am very happy with it! more

Mr. Handyman serving Greater Jacksonville is a company we have used several times before. They recently came out to do a complete bathroom renovation. Everything turned out as expected. Their technicians were very punctual and professional. Any modifications along the way were easily accommodated by the workmen. I highly recommend them. What I really like about Mr. Handyman is that they are great for even small jobs. If someone out there is interested in hiring a handyman I definitely would say to give Mr. Handyman a shot for your next project. At least, have them come out and give you a quote. more

Already Decided to Call Them Again! 11/15/2018

This was my first time using the service of Mr. Handyman and I was so happy with them I'm calling them back to do some more work around Christmas! They are just really good. The young man they sent to take care of the work for me was fantastic. He had to repair the ramp I require to get in and out of my house and he did a super job. His painting was meticulous and he cleaned up great when he was done. You wouldn't even know that he had been there. He was a fine representative for his company. Another man came out once in a while to check how the work was going and I was very pleased with how attentive they were. more

Excellent Customer Service! 11/7/2018

My favorite Mr. Handyman is the one serving Greater Jacksonville. The company most recently handled some stucco and drywall. In fact, I have had them out a couple of times. Cathy in the office takes good care of us. They have excellent customer service. The workmen always keeps you updated and they take photos, which I like. I am always looking for the best pricing on the market and Mr. Handyman serving Greater Jacksonville offers a great price. I never have to ask twice when requesting an appointment. They often come right out to the site the very same day. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone. more

I have used Mr. Handyman serving Greater Jacksonville about three times now if I'm not mistaken. This last time they put in new flooring in my den, and it all turned out great! They are everything they advertise to be. They are dependable, on time - usually a little early, and they have really good people working for them. They are good people to have in your house helping out with things, and I have never been disappointed in anything they did. I have had many other people over the years in my house doing construction and renovation, and never have any been as good as Mr. Handyman! Not just their work, but when I ask them to select material they always select something that's perfect with what I'd want! I have had an excellent overall experience, and I would definitely recommend them! more

Happy With What They Did! 10/5/2018

Mr. Handyman does good work. I've used them in the past to carry out some drywall repair. Most recently they did some repair work on some doors. They showed when they said they would, and they did what they were supposed to. They were very easy to schedule appointments with and their pricing seems fair. I didn't have to wait long or anything. Their technicians are professional and communicative. I was quite happy with what they did and I'd call them again if I needed to. more

Used Them Many Times! Very Satisfied! 9/20/2018

I have used Mr. Handyman serving Greater Jacksonville lots of times and they do a great job. They have worked on many odd jobs around the house and they most recently installed a window air conditioning unit. I was very happy with how it turned out and everything has been working great! The handymen are always professional and very courteous. They explain things to me so I can understand what is going on. I have never had any problems with them and will definitely use them again in the future. more

Did Great Job; Reliable 8/31/2018

The services I received from Mr. Handyman serving Greater Jacksonville were great. They recently came out to do rental property repairs, and everything went fine. I needed them to work on a ceiling fan, closet door, along with cabinet repairs and light replacements. The technician did a fine job, as he was professional and on time. They are efficient to use, as the company does different things, and I will continue using them in the future. more

Excellent Experience! 7/24/2018

I had a very good experience with Mr. Handyman. They carried out a large number of very small jobs for me. One of the larger jobs was that I had mounts for ceiling fans built into my vaulted ceiling. They had to take the fans down, tear out the mounts, rebuild and then put the fans back up. They did a really good job and I was very satisfied. They were very prompt and responsive throughout. The initial quote that they provided for the work was very helpful. I added on some additional work but that was fine as we talked it over beforehand. They rescheduled for the additional work and kept to it. All in all, it was a good experience. They were accommodating of what I needed. Their customer service was excellent. more
