Prompt, Professional Service 1/28/2019

We had some electrical work done throughout the house. The house had been renovated but there were some issues, including power surges. I was worried that it wasn't safe, so I called Mr. Electric of San Antonio. They looked at things and recommended corrections and gave us a bid. It was acceptable, so we hired them. They were great. Edward Burton was great! They were on time, that's important. They were very courteous and very professional. It was easy to understand what they were doing. They even took pictures and explained it to me. They forgot one thing and my husband called them and they came right back to fix it. They handled things well. We were very satisfied. Highly Professional, On Time, Highly Recommend Them 1/8/2019

Mr. Electric of San Antonio came out and rewired my whole house. I found them on the internet and I sure am glad I did. Their technicians were prompt, professional, efficient and took time to explain things. What would I tell potential customers? I would tell them that I highly recommend them! Phenomenal Service 12/4/2018

I found Mr. Electric of San Antonio online and I sure am happy I did. The tech who came out took ample time explaining things to me and was easy to talk to. He put in an electrical box on the well and fixed some connections on the main box at the house. He was prompt, courteous, respectful of my home and I would definitely want his service again. He is an asset to the company. I would say if you need work done call Mr. Electric of San Antonio! more

I had an old fuse box that needed replacement. Mr. Electric of San Antonio installed a new electric box for me and did a really great job. They were easy to schedule in for the job and showed up on time. I would recommend Mr. Electric of San Antonio to others and would use them again in the future. more

Very Pleased! 9/24/2018

Mr. Electric of San Antonio moved some switches around for us and also did some new wiring. I cannot tell you the exact wording of all that they did but I do know this, they did a fantastic job. Very personable, polite and really kept everything neat and tidy. They were on time and very professional! I could not be happier with their services and I absolutely would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service! more

This was my first time using Mr. Electric of San Antonio. They worked on our electrical panel breakers, and everything turned out very well. They are a company that is quick to respond.We actually got next day service. Everybody that we worked with and talked to was friendly and professional, and it was all real easy. Happy With Everything They Did For Us. 6/28/2018

We had Mr. Electric of San Antonio remove then reinstall a whole new electrical box for us and also we have had them do some recessed lighting in our kitchen. During both of those projects, we were very pleased with the customer service they provided us, they arrived on time, worked hard, and made sure to clean up after themselves when the work was completed. Everything went very smoothly and our electrical box seems to be working great. I would definitely use them again in the future. more

I reached out to Mr. Electric of San Antonio recently, because I had some breakers and outlets that needed to be replaced, along with a mess in the breaker box. I also needed some LED lights to be changed out, since they're located on a 12-foot high ceiling. Their workers were very good, and very helpful in taking care of my issues. They explained everything to me, before doing anything, so I knew what they were going to do. Overall, I liked them a lot, and I would use them again, and even ask for the same person they sent out this last time. more

Five-Star Electrical Service 4/23/2018

I recently worked with Mr. Electric of San Antonio for the first time and the electrician who came out did an excellent job. He put an electric panel in our closet and I am very satisfied with the results. I would recommend the company to other potential users. The employee was nice and polite. There were also no issues cleaning up the work after everything was completed. I would use the company again for another job. more

Very Happy With Everything. 4/12/2018

It was our first time doing business with Mr. Electric of San Antonio and we really have no complaints with the service with the service we received from them. We bought a used house and the previous owner had made some upgrades to the house with some very incompetent electricians. They had installed multiple outlets and strung them together on one GFI switch which was causing a bunch of issues. We called up Mr. Electric, they were able to quickly come out to diagnose our issues and installed a GFI switch for each outlet. Everything works great now and I was very impressed with the quality of service they provided us. I would definitely call them up again. more

Good, No Complaints, Other Than Price 2/21/2018

We have been using Mr. Electric of San Antonio both in our home, along with our rental property, on several occasions now. I would give them a 4-star rating, as generally it's a good experience, but it is a bit pricey. Despite this, I continue to use them because they are professional, and I have piece of mind knowing that I can trust what they're telling me is correct. I will continue to use them in the future. more

This is my first time using Mr. Electric of San Antonio. I would recommend them to anyone! They were absolutely on time each time. They did what they said they were going to do in the time frame they stated. They are very friendly and efficient and absolutely did a tremendous job of re-wiring our house we just purchased and are remodeling! I want them to know I appreciate the technicians' service as well as their customer service folks, they are real professionals to deal with! more

They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff, they were able to help me out with some simple electrical work and provided me plenty of insight regarding my home. Excellent service! 12/14/2017

We had an issue with our GFCI plugs on the exterior of our home. While all of the reset and test buttons seemed to be working correctly, the plugs still would not work. Eddie from Mr Electric came to our home, ran checks and determined that the GFCI plug was actually bad, even though it had power. Expertise, THAT is what Eddie represents for Mr Electric. Eddie's expertise and knowledge lead him to determine the issues, and make suggestions about how to repair our situation. Bottom line is that our Christmas lights are back working, and we will always call Mr Electric in the future. more

Excellent Experience Overall 11/27/2017

I had a great experience with Mr. Electric of San Antonio. The staff came and installed a security light in the front of the house and also a new electrical panel inside the garage. I only used them one time, but I found the staff to be professional and they made sure to clean up all of the work when everything was completed. I would continue to use them again if I needed to. It was a smooth service from start to finish. The staff made no mistakes and I was happy with the results. Just based on this experience, I would recommend them to other people. more

I had an amazing experience with Mr. Electric of San Antonio. This was my first time using them and the company had a lot of projects that they had to work on. We had the technician come out and he looked at the electrical outlets. He replaced them and then recommended what would be the safest route in terms of proceeding. He helped make the outlets safer and recommended additional work to the service which actually proved to be useful. The team was very patient, professional, and nice. I thought that the company offered very enticing work and I would highly recommend them to other people and I would continue to use them again in the future. I am more than happy with the results that I got from this company. more

Pricey But Good! 9/28/2017

I called in Mr. Electric of San Antonio for the first time recently to install three light fixtures for me. They were pretty great. The guy showed up on time, he knew what he was doing and he did a beautiful job. He was very professional, efficient and very courteous. Their customer service was pretty good. I don't know if I'd call them back, however, because they were terribly expensive. Other than their pricing, I had no issues with them; they are very good at what they do. more

I have been using the services from Mr. Electric of San Antonio for a few years now and have been very satisfied with the work that they have provided. The people that have come out from Mr. Electric to do the work for us have always been very friendly and professional while they are here. The repairs they have done for us have always gone well and we now depend on them to get out and get work done if we are ever having issues.
