Mountain's Edge

If you are visiting the Pocono Mountains this Fall and decide to stay in Big Boulder, Split Rock or Snowridge Village, try the Mountain's Edge Restaurant. The Mountain's Edge Restaurant sits on Big Boulder Lake and the setting adds to your eating experience. I add a lobster tail to my buffet and I couldn't think of anything else to ask for. Even though it is a buffet on Friday night the service is just as good as any other time we've eaten there. more

We go to the Pocono Mountains every weekend and belong to a swim club which is situated on Big Boulder Lake. They have a fine restaurant there named The Mountain's Edge. On Friday night they have a seafood buffet from 5 to 9pm. Along with many types of seafood you also get peel and eat shrimp, oysters, salad bar, soup, prime rib and choice of lobster tail or dozen steamed lams. Also many desserts are offered. All this for $22.95 for adults and $10.95 for children. The also have the regular restaurant if you don't like the buffet or are just tired of it. The entrées range from seafood, chicken, pasta dishes, steak, and veal. They are priced from $14.95 up to $18.95. The food is very good and the view is breath taking for sure. more
