I moved and contacted Mt Top Security in April 2009 to have my alarm system removed. Once I was relocated 2 weeks later I began contacting them to come to the new residence and install the alarm. Over the past 4 months they have not shown on 6 seperate occassions that I have made appointments for installation. Although I have no system at this time I am still having to pay the monthly fee for monitoring because I am under contract. I would never advise anyone to use this company. They should not even be in business!!! Cons: Not Reliable more

How come there's not a space for no star, this company deserves no stars, not one. I beg of you do not buy from this shady company, and I mean shady. Do your research and then go buy somewhere else. I agree with the person that states this company was horific. Yes they seem so concerned about your safety when theyre at your home but if you call back to cancel your order its like they treat you that you need the system to be protected from the salesman, at least that how i felt. As of today I still wish i would have never contacted these people. and p.s, dont give them any emergency contact numbers cause they will aggervate your family to death Pros: no way Cons: all more

I have had this system for over a year with this company... and when I call no maybe they cannot come out the same day but they do come in a timely manner. I have had situations where I had to call and they even helped me on the phone..... This equipment has been a blessing for us I feel safe and feel that when I am away my wife and children are safe. I dont know who the people writing these reviews are talking ith but the people I am talking with are great. Pros: Great people who will do anything for you when they can more

the mountAIN TOP REP AT MY HOUSE WAS VERY KIND AND TRULY CONCERNED ABOUT MY SAFETY. HE SPENT AS LONG AS IT TOOK TO MAKE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS CO. i would not recomment this company to anyone. this company will lie to you about anything just to get a sale. Also the sales cust service is very poor, for exp..... I contacted the sales agent to cancel my account and found that all he wanted to do is argue for 30 min and not willing to help, the agent (paul) also ended the call saying (you have a great day and bty I already charged your debit card). I find that very poorly in any company that would employe someone like that. Cons: all lies more
