Foreign Car Care Specialist 4/2/2016

Finally, We discovered a place to provide excellent evaluation and service for our 11 yr. old Mercedes E320. It has been a great car but was beginning to ride rough after 150,000+ Miles. The thought of super expensive visit to the dealer has kept us away. The Motor Works found the problems ,fixed the car for a reasonable cost and had it back to us in less than 24 hours. They explained the work and thoroughly evaluated the entire car while doing the annual inspection. We know the fine automobile has many more miles in it, and now we have confidence that we can take care of it and continue to travel safely. Great smooth ride too!!! more

Great service, great people 4/1/2016

When you're in, you're in. They take good care of their customers. I feel like family when I'm there. Even more importantly, they know what they're doing. I trust them totally with my car. Price-wise, well, they are probably not the least expensive game in town, but they're fair. Remember you get what you pay for. I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

They got my car in quickly, found the problem, let me know how much it was to fix. They made the repairs, and also told me about some repairs that I need to get done in the very near future. Great service, I will definitely be a return customer. more

Very professional and overall great experience 3/28/2016

As a former customer from about 20 years ago, I was not sure what to expect with my recent service visit. However, I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience from setting up the appointment to getting text messages/emails with the details of the recommended service. Overall it was a great experience and as expected it significantly less expensive than using the local BMW dealer service. more

Solid work, prices seemed a bit steep 3/20/2016

The Motor Works seems to have done a good job servicing my car. My only complaint is that I come from a place with a much higher standard or living and higher prices in general and this is the most expensive service that I have ever had done. Would not recommend to anybody who isn't willing to shell out some money more

I found the place on the web, being new to the area I didn't know where to service my Mercedes. It's a small operation. People seemed to be both friendly and efficeint . All costs were explained openly with options left to the client, with no hard sells ! Which as I woman I very much liked.The services were performed while I waited.the bill seemed appropriate for the services provided more

Free first half-hour... 2/20/2016

Very nice proffesional folks. They diagnosed my car and were honest about the possible cost with me. In the end, we skipped the repair but they were still willing to hold the car for a while so I could get a second driver to ferry it home. They didn't even charge for the diagnostic. more
