I paid for a service to pack and move household good for me. They did a great job packing them. The transportation of them from Point A to Point B resulted in them standing me up on a CONFIRMED delivery with less than 1 hour notice, then informing me that if I couldn't be at my new residence to accept delivery on the date that they TOLD me I HAD to be there, it results in an additional charge of $1,041 to 'store my goods' for an additional 6 days. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MORSE MOVING AND STORAGE. In fact, I highly recommend that you take the next highest bid, which for me was "Two Men and a Truck" for my particular move. I have been on hold with them for enough time to have heard over and over on their on-hold voice messaging that 'mistakes are costly', doing moves the first time is important to them', and 'customer satisfaction is their number one priority'. Not true. I wish I would have checked reviews on them before making a decision! *If you can't accept delivery on the day they direct, you are SOL and will be charged whatever they feel like. more

Morse Moving went above and beyond my expectations as far as a moving company goes. I have had many bad experiences with other companies. They were very professional, polite, and got the job done in a great amount of time. It was snowing (blizzarding) out and they did not complain one time. When I had a problem with an item 4 months later, they took care of me, even then! I HIGHLY recommend them and will never use another moving company---ever. more

Morse Moving & Storage is awesome. We used them on 2/18/14. Not only where they polite and professional, they were very careful to not hit any of our walls or finishes when they were moving the items out of our office. They also did not waste any time. They moved quickly and efficiently. I was quite impressed and will be looking to use your company's services in the near future when another one of our offices, which is smaller than ours, will be moving, or at least I think so, by midyear. more

The movers were amazing. My daughter and I watched in awe as they diligently moved our over-sized furniture into our 3rd floor apartment. It was a difficult job (that is why I hired professionals) and these young men went above and beyond my expectations. In addition, they were professional, courteous and just darn entertaining. It was a pleasure working with these young men. Please note, I was very stressed about the move and they eased my concerns. Again, above and beyond my expectations. more

We strongly recommend Morse Moving and Storage. They recently handled our move from Dearborn to Pentwater, MI flawlessly. Their crew demonstrated a unique blend of brute strength, patience in dealing with two frazzled homeowners, gentle care in handling breakable/fragile items and irreplaceable family heirlooms, sense of humor and stamina on a particularly bad weather day. Their follow through was terrific. I can't say enough about how terrific they were, and I have moved 6 times over the past 42 years. more

I was very pleased with my moving experience! From start to finish, things were done correctly, and I understood the process every step of the way. Special thanks to Kristie for making payment through my company an easy process. Big, big thanks to Sherry, who packed my kitchen in several hours (and it’s taken me several days to unpack!). Apparently my “number of dishes” to “size of kitchen” ratio is disproportionate, and her help was invaluable! Jake and Chuck – you guys were awesome! From packing my whole basement and carting a sofabed up the stairs, to delaying my dropoff time a couple of hours to meet MY needs and unloading in such a way that I could unpack some of the boxes to reload onto your truck, you made the process as simple as it could be.
