*****This is a top-notch family-owned business with impeccable customer service and professionalism. Our furnace had finally reached its life expectancy and totally quit running. We decided to call Morrison Plumbing, Heating & Cooling who had recently joined the O’Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce. Best decision ever! Brandon, our service technician put us at ease immediately - he was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He was in constant communication with us and treated like we were family - we knew we were in good hands. He explained all our options and went above and beyond to accommodate us. By taking care of our situation in a such a timely manner, allowed our stressful situation to run much smoother than we ever could have anticipated. The entire staff at Morrison Plumbing, Heating & Cooling are first class and their crew is the best in the business. They truly care about making certain their customers are happy. The quality of their work, integrity, professionalism and customer service are unmatched. The entire experience wowed us! One thing is certain, it doesn’t get much better than these guys! more

HVAC Installation 8/5/2016

Brandon and Chris did a very professional and complete job installing our HVAC system. They even had to manufacture the air filter door that was defective. Brandon was very personable and continually asked if I had any questions. My wife and I are very pleased. more

Great Service Provider 8/1/2016

Jim and Debbie were great and very professional. Our kitchen sink was stopped up and we need help right then there. I called Morrison and they came out and provide us with after hours services,which was fast, quick, professional, and excellent. From our house to yours, we are telling our family and friends about our great experience with Morrison. more

Water Filtration system installation 7/12/2016

The guys from Morrison's are always prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We just had a One Flow water filtration system installed. Too soon to see if it does all it is supposed to do but the installation guys were great. We use Morrison's for HVAC maintenance as well. more

HVAC install 6/18/2016

The techs from Morrison Plumbing worked hard on a hot day to install our new heat pump and air handler. They also relocated and installed a new water heater. They did a great job, having to work within a very tight installation area. It was a great experience overall, from Debbie in the office to Jim Jr. in sales to the installation techs. They offer great equipment in Lennox and Bradford White. We will definitely use Morrison Plumbing in the future, and we will happily recommend them to others. Thank you very much. Excellent service 4/30/2016

Jim Jr. arrived when requested, as I was at work. He examined my A/C system as a follow up to last years servicing and examination, and gave several options for repairs or replacement. Price options were also given. I appreciate Jim's method of giving different options, not just a single recommendation. Thanks for a job well done! more

Heater and AC install 2/5/2016

Great local company. Very knowledgable and love the fact it is family owned and operated. Jim Sr fixed my hot water tank and when my heater went out Jim Jr replaced my heater and AC unit. Would recommend to anyone. more

Great experience 11/26/2015

We chose Morrison for relatively extensive, all-day work on some very old, deteriorated (and leaking) drain lines. Jim presented himself very professionally: extremely knowledgeable, thoroughly explained work, provided helpful preventative advice. Uniform and truck were clean and well marked. He used boot covers in our house (And put them on each time he came into our home or up from our crawl space!) We felt very comfortable with him in our home. We would call Morrison again for future plumbing needs. more
