HAPPY customer! 2/28/2011

I have never had any problems with this body shop. They actually have been very good to me and fair! They do a great job repairing and getting it back to you like new! Larry is so helpful and sincere! They get the job done and consults with you before any decisions are made! I just wish they weren't so far! But other than that TWO BIG THUMBS UP! Morgan Hill Auto Body Does Amazing Work 2/7/2011

I?m so happy with the level of service I received at Morgan Hill Auto Body. Larry (the shop owner) and his team went above and beyond. Once insurance settled, my car was repaired in less than two weeks. Larry met with me upon pick-up to personally walk me through his work - providing photos and copies of my insurance docs. I was so impressed! He aligned and detailed the car too (not what I was expecting after my experience at a neighboring shop). Today, the car looks and drives like new! more

Outstanding Customer Service and Repair 8/2/2010

I have been a customer of Morgan Hill Autobody since 1995 when I first moved to Morgan Hill. I have had the need for collision repair on 2 occasions and Larry and his team have done outstanding work on each job. I know that Larry is a perfectionist and does not rush through a job just to be done with it. I can see that he takes great pride in what he does and that's what has won me over as a customer for life. I refer friends and family and all have had the same experience with Morgan Hill Autobody. To BIFF 0r what ever your name is, i have no work order on your car. I know that you did not have your car at my shop, because we do not have color matching issues with computer matching assistance.Secondly you are attacking me for someother reason, but you will not put your face on your review nor your phone number.Biff you are a liar and a fake, just like the character on back to the future. If you had a real problem you should have gone to the Bureau of Automotive Repair, but since you did not have your car repaired here it make sense you do not have a leg to stand on. You are unprofessional and people like you are undermining small businesses that work extremely hard for the community. If you want to continue this conversation face to face i am easy to find. The WORST Auto Body Shop in the Bay Area 2/16/2010

I was referred to Morgan Hill Auto Body by a local repair shop for a simple touch up after they scratched /dented my door. \r The Body Shop is run by a guy named Larry. He was friendly at first but as the repair dragged on, he got ruder and ruder.\r \r His quote was for 2 weeks but it took almost 2 months in reality!\r I thought that with all this time on my car it would be a really good job but it sure WAS NOT.\r The color did not match at all and there was RUNS in the paint. \r Larry tried to explain it away by saying that it was a fault of the original primer!!??\r \r HUH!! What do i know about primer??? I just wanted my door fixed right.\r \r If it took primer to do it right then why did he just not do it!!??\r \r I ended up going back to my mechanic and he took it to Kuykendall Auto Body. One week later i had my car back and it looked perfect.\r \r Morgan Hill Auto Body has got to be the WORST shop i have ever dealt with in my life. \r Please DO NOT give them your business and watch out for LARR more

Morgan Hill Auto Body is EXCELLENT!!!!!! 10/1/2009

All too often only the negative interactions make it on the Internet; so I wanted to make sure that Morgan Hill Auto Body received the kudos they deserve. I had a delightful experience in July 2009 at Morgan Hill Auto Body, when I took my vehicle in to get painted. The owner treated me with respect and explained to me exactly what he was going to do to my car. His demeanor was nothing short of professional, and his customer service was excellent. I have yet to get this type of treatment/service from any auto body shop in the bay area. I highly recommend Morgan Hill Auto Body to anyone who needs their service. more

Getting your car repaired after an accident is intimidating and stressful for most people. But for those that know very little about cars- this is a daunting task. They made me understanding what needed to be done and gave me a fairly good deal! more
