My mom and I walked in and was greeted by a sales man who talked to us and tried to help us find what we were looking for, which they didn't have, but we found a great table and chair combo for a fantastic price. Well while we were smoothing out all the details (my mother was buying it and we were going to make the payments and pay it off when our tax refund came in) I was asked if we wanted to pick it up or have it delivered. He said that if we picked it up then it would save us $100. I knew we had a vehicle that would be alright to do that, and I pictured it fully assembled when we picked it up and that they would call us when it came in ~ it was NOT in stock and that it would take 2 weeks to come in. Well 2 weeks went by and I still hadn't received a call, so I called them and no one seemed to know what was going on, including the sales person. Finally we found someone that said the table and 6 chairs were in but we were still missing the bench and that would be another week before it came in but again they would call us when it arrived. A week goes by and again, no phone call was made to us. So again I call they say we need an ID to pick it up and where to go. My Husband goes in and they don't have our information, and then we were told that they had been shipped to Salt Lake City (where my mom lives) and then we were told that they were there and all we needed to do was pick it up. But he is there and they say he can't get it because he wasn't the one who bought it. Finally we get it all worked out and my husband comes home with a bunch of boxes..... yep, pick it up also means you put it together. I If our salesman would have said that I would have had it delivered, it took several hours to put it all together because the directions weren't complete and the material was shotty. Easliy breakable. So I call customer service and want to get my money back, but they don't have a return policy, once you leave the dock with the items you can't give it back. So if you have an item in the box that is broken tooooo darn bad! That is what they said to me! Well the chairs were wobbly the redwood table was scratched in several places on top and the legs. The seat cushins don't hold down. When we talked to the salesman he didn't care, he had his money and there was nothing we could do. he also claimed that he told us about the no refund policy and also the fact that we have to put it together ourselves if we pick it up. HAD I KNOWN THE SHIPPING DETAIL I WOULD HAVE PAID THE $100 TO SAVE MYSELF THE DRAMA. AND IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THERE WAS NO REFUND POLICY I WOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT FROM THEM AT ALL! NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY FROM MOR FURNITURE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND LIKE POOR SERVICE!
