Nothing more than a check cashing facility, I had to remind them the lease was up and needed to be renewed, they did not address my tenants complaints. They just sit back and collect there money, for the first three months I had to call and ask for my ""share"" one payment, made on time by the tenant was 2 1/2 weeks late being paid to me, the rest were when ever they could get by the bank.
Always had to ask for things that one would think is common sense, my tenant was moving out and I needed to ask them to: set up an inspection time, please drive by and see the condition of the outside (since you have not done so in 18 months other than to resign the lease) could I have pictures sent to me (that did not happen even though I asked repeatedly) they gave me a verbal description of the house and not one picture. They stated the house was in good condition but the pool was a little ""green"" $300 to turn it back, holes in the wall in multiple places. I could go on and on. Worst possible company you could deal with. When I left (Military PCS) they assured me I was in great hands and I need not worry about my property, this situation could have been so much worse if the tenant was not decent. (which I found) Never did they go by to see the property they were getting paid to manage.
And to top it all off they will start to screen calls and ignore E-mails which is pretty scary when you are talking about your life investment.
Great learning experience with a company that has no work ethics.
