After doing business with Moore's for 20+ years, we purchased a Barcalounger Recliner for $1,500.00 in 2008. Soon after we received the chair, it broke. Moore's had the chair picked up and repaired. This happened several more times & Moore's continued to have it repaired. In the meantime, Barcalounger went out of business. The chair finally broke beyond repair and Moore's picked it up, but would not discuss any partial refund or exchange. Jack Moore called & said for us to just let them know what we wanted them to do with the chair; that there was nothing they could do, and that we had "worn it out."
