Here's the jist of my experience with him.
He took my case and a deposit for his services, claiming it was a piece of cake (I have read all USCIS documents that pertained to my situation, and thought it was complicated, but he assured me that for him it was not). I have not heard from him for a long time after. Finally, I tracked him down between his many vacations in Florida (his secretary kept repeating that he's on one), and made him make an appoitment with me.
When I came to the appoitment, he said "I looked into legal documents, your case is hopeless, I am dropping it". I did not get the deposit back.
After that, I was afraid to trust lawyers, so I took my case to immigration on my own - and my application was successful.
I cannot believe someone like that can remain a lawyer. I hope he does not, because he is fooling trusting people, making money off of them, and giving ALL lawyers a bad name.
