Moore Mechanical 12/4/2018

I've had problems with my heating and A/C system for over two years. The problem was intermittent and two other service companies that tried to fix it, were not able to. I found out about Moore Mechanical from the equipment manufacturer and they sent a technician named "Mike" to do the repair. Mike was very knowledgeable and went through a complete diagnostics and pin pointed the problem, ordered the part and fixed it. I commend Mike for his systematic approach to identify and fix the problem effectively and timely. He was professional and confident and really knew what he was doing. Very impressive. I recommend Mike and Moore Mechanical to anyone who want a clean and orderly diagnostic and repair to their heating and Air conditioning system. more

Furnace & hot water heater maintenance 9/7/18 9/28/2018

Technician Jesse was good but did not seem as thorough as previous techs from MM. For example, he did not run the furnace and then check the temp at the outlets. Maintenance Task List calls for measure-and-record but he only recorded 3 readings. I suppose he measured the others but he provided only a check mark. Not confident that he performed all tasks on the task list; he was very quick, got done in 25 min. more

Recent service call 7/1/2018

Adam was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He did routine maintenance and corrected malfunction warning related to air conditioner system. Moore installed my system in 2005. Adam reported that after repairs my system was in very good condition. Happy client! more

Moore than just Heating & Air 3/8/2018

The customer service with this company has been nothing but top notch. They always return phone calls, follow up on email requests and arrive at scheduled appts. on time or call to let you know when they will be arriving. To me this is key--as we are all are busy and time is money. The technicians are courteous, friendly and seem to know what they are doing. more

AC service 2/4/2018

I had someone come look at my dead AC unit last summer and was told I needed a compressor (to the tune of about $6000). Since I wasn't ready to pull the trigger, I bought some fans and suffered through several brutal days of heat. As I wanted to move before this summer, I had Moore (Jesse was the tech) give me a second opinion. He found the capacitor was the problem and fixed it on the spot - for under $200. The tech last time said she checked the capacitor. I guess not. Moore is my AC and furnace guy from here on out. more
