Tonight I had the distasteful pleasure of speaking to Michael the manager on duty this Friday evening.
This location on the August 10th stole $16 from my son's bank account, and we called the location and spoke to Michael about resolving this issue in a friendly manner. However, Michael was not interested in solving anything. He was so disrespectful to my son and me by hanging up the phone on us. Michael has the worst customer service, and the way he expressed himself to me was completely unacceptable.
All we were asking for was to return the money stolen from my son. If the funds are not returned to my son, we will file a police report and dispute the charge with our banking institution. If you interested in resolving this in friendly manner email me no later tomorrow by noon. If no email is received, expect the police in front of your business to file a report.
