Beware 4/21/2016

The dentist made my crown too large so she decided to drill the tooth above it down to make it fit. She did not even ask me, she just took it upon herself to do this. Now I have this extra large tooth in my mouth and another tooth that is not smooth. I love the hygienist but after this I cannot stay here. more

I also had similar experiences as the other two posts with this office. This is typical of a corporate owned company. They do not always disclose procedures that were not covered by insurance or that each office visit is submitted to your insurance as a checkup exam. Most insurance companies will cover only two exams yearly. more

Montvale is an awful dental center. They are more interested in how much you are willing to pay instead of being concerned about giving you good service. They told my husband he had 5 cavities after a routine cleaning and scheduled him to have them filled the next week. We decided to get a second opinion, because that seemed like a lot of cavities to get in one year. He was then told by another dentist he had NO cavities and his teeth were fine other than they needed a good cleaning. This was only 3 weeks after they had just cleaned them! Montevale dental center has no idea what they are doing. I would NEVER recommend anyone going there. more

Not satisfied 7/2/2005

When I visited this dental office, I waited a very long time and when I actually got my cleaning (main reason I went there) it was rushed and did not feel like full cleaning. Furthermore, I was not asked whether I wanted a treatment that my insurance did not cover, so I was stuck with the bill at the end of the appointment. more
