Staff is great and although they provide good care, they are expensive and inconsiderate of the clients. I asked for a prescription for a one-week supply of thyroid medicine to continue my cat on what they had previously prescribed just to get me through to next week when I could afford a visit and more blood tests. They refused. I'm going back to TLC Medical Center in Pasadena, they are a better choice and more accommodating.
