I would just like to say these apartments WILL screw upon move out!!!! Make sure you do a walk through with them and make them sign that the apartment is ok! I am appalled at the $275 dollar charge they told me I received after look over my apartment. I cleaned my apartment from top to bottom, it was in better shape when I left then when I moved in. First off the cheap mini blinds that were in the apartment when I moved in, were ruined by my cats. The day I was moving out I went to walmart to buy replacement blinds, and had to call the front office to find out the size. The office lady told me that I had to replace them with VINYL blinds because they just decided to start using them. I'm sorry but those blinds are way more expensive then the cheap blinds that was in my apartment when I moved in!!! So I told her I couldnt find them and she told me I could let them replace them for $15 each. So a few weeks later when she calls me about the charges she tells me I owe $30 for each blind to be replaced because they didn't replace them before I moved out. UHM why wouldnt you mention that to me on the phone the day I moved out and asked you how much it would be, when she knew I was turning in my keys in a few hours?!? and on top of that they charged me a hundred and sixty dollar cleaning fee because I forgot to take out some water bottles/jelly/pickles out of the side door of my fridge. Keep in mind the rest of the fridge was spotless and empty. Are you kidding me?? and then after calling 6 different times to get the actual final bill which was never sent, I gave up. and got a call from the credit bureau today saying if I didn't pay it would go on my credit. BTW, for the 8 or so months I lived here, there was a break-in in the apartment right underneath me. I will never reccommend these apartments to ANYONE. They will screw you out of your money at the end just because they can if you don't take the right precausions. Stay away!!!!
