They have been pretty helpful when I need to call them about a problem with the gas. I pay an extra $12 a month for their premium service, which means they come out and fix whatever if broke for "free" when I call. However, if you call on a weekend they will only fix it if it is an emergency. What is an emergency is hard to define and they won't help. Is cold enough that you need to keep under blankets an emergency? I don't know. And they won't tell you, just let you wait to see if they bill you or not.
