Monster Clean

I am currently in Louisiana, and we needed our carpet in the entire house cleaned. We called Jim... then our property manager... it was amazement from that point... Even though we did not see it in person... the excitement in our property manager's email got us super excited. Below is his email. T, The carpet cleaning guys have finished up at the property, they just called. I must say, I met the owner out at the property and I was pretty impressed with the equipment, cost, and work that was done. Quite literally we have just amended all of our leases to state that "Monster Clean" must be used to clean the carpets once a tenant moves out. The old lease said that is just needed to be "professionally cleaned" and we had to be provided with the receipt. Great find, I did take a before picture, but have not taken an after picture yet. I already know its going to be amazing, I was there when they had cleaned the master bedroom and it was unreal the degree of clean, on a carpet that I personally didn't think was that bad. Jim did an awesome job on our carpets last year. They looked better than they had in years - we were considering replacing, but after he cleaned them it wasn't necessary. I had Mr. Jim Stallings, MonsterClean's owner, clean carpets twice in my home. He's been able to perform a miracle in getting a fingernail polish stain and a small pet stain out of my daughter's bedroom carpet (Caristan, wall-to-wall). The deodorizer he uses has a wonderful citrus smell, and he offers Teflon protectant to prevent future 'accidents' from becoming permanent disasters.
