A must for lunch 11/3/2005

I first was introduced to the Mongolian BBQ when I was in high school.(1978-1981) I went there on a date. I fell in love with it because of the quality and quanity of food that you receive. I haven't been back for 10 or so years and was glad it is still there. I took my neice who is home on leave from Irac, we had went to a Mongolian BBQ in Washinton State when I went to visit her there. After having the food from that place I told her when she came home I would take her to a real Mongolian BBQ. So as I promised her we went today for lunch. I was just as pleased as when I was as a teen ager. Pros: mega amount of food, fresh veggies, pocket breads Cons: no room for veggies more

You can do better... 8/1/2004

Our server was friendly, and other patrons seemed to enjoy themselves but the bad outweighed the good for me. The price wasn't exorbitant ($25 without tip for two) but was definitely too high for the level of service, atmosphere and food being offered. It's a single room restaurant without windows, and while the food was fresh the assortment of ingredients was lackluster- for instance this was the first mongolian bbq I have visited that did not offer any noodles to include in your bowl. I was most bothered by the lack of labels on the spice and sauce containers. A sign instructs how many spoons of ""A"" ""B"" or ""C"" to use for differing levels of spice, but it would be better just to know which sauce is soy, which is oyster, vinegar, etc. It wasnt a horrible restaurant, but for me its not worth going back to. Pros: good parking, small, family owned Cons: , quality, selection more
