Momoyama

You'll forget about the uneven, inattentive service once the sushi is served. We have yet to find another sushi place that serves a Chirashi (Deluxe) in the quality, quantity, and price that Momoyama does. The sushi is super fresh, and you don't just get the regular standards like tuna and salmon, you also get premium pieces including toro, amebi, uni, and mirugai. Be sure to order the $2 draft Kirin. For those who aren't into sushi, the cooked menu is pretty creative and above average in quality. In addition to the standard teriyaki beef/chicken/etc fare, they have creative Asian inspired Western dishes. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and portions are generous. Ambiance has a nice, trendy, casual feel. Good for couples and large groups (they have separate rooms to accomodate big groups). I love this place. Their sushi is incredible and the prices (especially at happy hour 5-7pm) are hard to beat. Really fresh fish and the staff is great. They have $2 pints of Kirin on tap all day to compliment your food. Sake is reasonably priced and great. I strongly recommend this place more

I accidently discovered Momoyama about a year ago, and have been a regular every since. My husband and I eat at the Sushi bar at least once a week. The sushi chefs are amazing, and always make us something interesting to try each time we visit. The fish is some of the freshest I've tasted, and they're pretty sizeable. Besides the sushi itself, the rest of the menu offers a variety of other delicious dishes and appetizers, in addition to a wonderful variety of martini's. This place is a true sushi find! The staff is very friendly and personable. The sushi is great- good size pieces. The decor is fabulous and classy. They are kid-friendly and do have a kid's menu. Free parking garage within steps. Pros: great parking, great food, great service more
