Molly Maid

We used Molly Maids bi-weekly for four years. Our main maid was great, but the assistant maid always rotated. When I got home after the cleaning this last month my jewelry trays were empty. All my rings and most of my bracelets, some necklaces, etc. were completely cleaned out. I called the sheriff's dept and Molly Maids and the sheriff's deputies searched the maids and their vehicle hours later. My jewelry was not on them at that time so no charges could be pressed and Molly Maids would not act. They said I had no proof it was them, that someone else may have broken in and taken my things after the maids left (with our Doberman and Weimaraner at the end of our cul-de-sac with our house in clear site of two stay-at-home neighbors??) and Molly Maids would not reimburse me nor take action against the maid. SHE IS STILL WITH THEM and I am out thousands of dollars. STAY AWAY!! more

I have used Molly Maid for several months now and have been very happy with the service. They have always showed up when they said they would. and have done a great cleaning of my home. The girls seem to be well trained and work quickly and effortlessly. more

Was not sure about using a housecleaning company because we had always used a family friend's housekeeper to clean our house, but she suddenly left and we were in need of someone to take care of our house. For years we had seen Molly Maid cars in our neighborhood and decided to give them a try. Wow, are we glad we did! Two Molly Maids showed up at our home and cleaned it quickly and efficiently. They bring all their own supplies, so we do not have to supply anything! We have been using them now for a few months and will continue with this service! We would really recommend this service! more
