They charged me $90 to clean a one bedroom and to do two loads of laundry. You'd think that for that money the place would have been left in spic and span condition. It was not! They did not dust off the tops of picture frames or the window panes on my french doors. There were crumbs and dirt in the corners of the kitchen floor, the floor was improperly mopped (there was a film of dirt on it and I had to redo it when I got home), and the base boards were dirty throughout. They did not clean the mirror in the living room, left the recycling in the garbage can, did not empty the paper shredder, etc. I received no response to my complaint about this, which is why I'm posting. FYI, in the past I've paid $15 an hour ($60) and gotten results that were substantially better. It's a rip off! Hire an independent. Cons: All about the money -- not the service more

DO NOT USE!!! Worst service I've ever experienced from the cleaning to horrible management. First, I should have been wary about a company that charges by the hour for their use - they do as little as possible in the most amount of time they can. Guess that shouldn't be a big surprise and they do not disappoint in that regard. But aside from their actual poor cleaning, they damaged my property! They broke tiles in our kitchen and a piece of furniture in the bathroom. The best part is THEY DON'T CARE. Their useless administrator, Karina, simply stated that the cleaners said they didn't break anything (what a shock) and the owner would call me to discuss. TWO WEEKS AND NO CALL FROM OWNER!!! APPARENTLY THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND TREAT THEM WITH NO RESPECT. I spoke with useless ""administrator"" again and am still waiting to hear from the owner. They also CHARGED US TWICE FOR THEIR HORRIBLE WORK WHILE NOT CALLING US ABOUT DAMAGING OUR BELONGINGS!!! I would not even give this company 1 star (but am forced to), they are THE WORST!!!!!
