I have been to this place three times, each time I was disapointed and really couldn't see what the hype was all about. I love a good sandwich and this place is mediocre at best....

Fabulous 8/23/2005

Fantastic deli in north beach! Lots of character from the setting to the staff and wonderful food. Had a grilled panini which was marinated red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, fresh mozz and proscuito on fresh foccacia. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. more
