Gus' Mobil Service refused to reimburse me for a $9.00 car wash that I paid for on 9-12-09 but never received and refused to reimburse me for a tire damaged in their car wash. The replacement tire cost me $131.70 on 9-12-09. Tire purchased was a comparable tire and all receipts and original tire were retained. When I asked for insurance information, Gus Chahayed hung up the telephone on me. The Better Business Bureau was not able to get a response from Mr. Chahayed so will now report this business for 3 years to the public; and government agencies per request. The BBB case is closed and this writer suffered losses from visiting Gus' Mobil Service.
