Wonderful experience! 3/21/2016

Initially I was skeptical about traveling all the way to the Portland area from central Washington State to test drive and purchase my new car. When I first spoke with Michael all of my hesitations disappeared. He was so very personable and enthusiastic that I was then excited to make the trip. My car was ready for me when I arrived and after meeting Michael and taking the car for a test drive I knew I had made the right decision. I LOVE my new car! Absolutely the greatest car buying experience I have ever had. Kudos to Gladstone Mitsubishi and Salesman Michael!! more

bad financing 3/16/2016

I was happy with your salesman Michael. But your Financial person Damon really disappointed me the day after I purchased the car I called him to tell him to finance me through my credit union and gave him the information, only to find out he went with Wells Fargo who had a higher interest rate. I called him a second time because my insurance agent needed the lender information and he never returned my call or the insurance agents. ( he said he did but he didn't because I never received a voice mail from him) I called again and finally got a hold of him and was lead to believe it was going to be my credit union. When I left the dealership I asked about the interest rate and he said he was going to shop for the best one. I think he just went with the easiest financial institution which to me was just LAZY of him. I have excellent credit and had pre approved financing but he said he could get me a lower rate. I love my car and got an excellent deal but Damon needs to get his stuff together lying about returning phone calls and contracts is unacceptable. Now I have to wait for my registration so I can refinance which is a waste of time when it should have been done right the first time!! I think after driving off the lot he didn't want to go the extra step in changing finance companies although he said he would. more

I don't understand why the financial process needs to be done in person and not online. I had to fill out two financial applications, the finance person had to 'check with his boss' on numerous occasions, the price of the vehicle was not as advertised online, my trade in 'wasn't eligible' for the Kelley Blue Book estimate I had come in with, and the extended warranty was almost twice the value they gave me for my trade in. All in all not an experience I'd like to repeat. Ever. more

Every department needs to sale me a car. 3/5/2016

When the salemen, the manager and the service department. Take better care of you then the finance department. Then what great experience you received on the front end is robbed from you on the back end. Good customer service goes along way. I felt like after I signed my contract the second time, I became a bother. Was promised twice that I was getting my check on two different occasions . And still didn't get the check until 3 days later. No great follow ups ever came from that department. Just the salemen that kept putting out fires to keep me as a client. I picked up the check and 1:15mins later I was able to deposit the check properly. The check wasn't signed the first time. So No, I'm not happy with the service I got. more

Poor Customer Service 2/22/2016

Several problems with lack of follow-up, not just in service area but a cross the entire dealership. Unfortunately, being one of the only mitsubishi dealerships, I feel as though we are trapped. more

Scheduled in fast and appt time was faster than expected. Staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my needs! more

We (my son and I) want to express our thanks to you and your staff, Sales Person Michael Alldritt, Sales Manager Joe Vieira, and Finance Manager Barry Cook for the courteous and professional manner extended to us during our recent purchase of a 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer – EVO FE from your dealership. Prior to finalizing the purchase at your dealership, we almost bought the car from another dealership, changing our minds because the dealership that we were dealing with just didn't meet our personal standard of integrity, not to mention poor customer service and lack of attention to detail provided by their staff. Their promise to “take care of us” was far from it thus making us both very frustrated. However, from the first day we came into look at the car at your dealership, we got the sense of trust. Due to our recent bad experience, we asked a lot of questions. We even came back the next day to ask some more and to our surprise, your staff handled themselves very professionally and with patience while dealing with us. During entire transaction, neither we felt that we were a burden nor did we feel that our questions were unwelcomed. Unprofessional 2/6/2016

During the deal I felt very pressured and then when I wanted to think about the offer before signing, the salesman got very defensive and made me not want to do business with him. After we got the deal worked out(truck+Fixed seat+Floor mats) they had me sign all the papers. Turns out I had to make 3 extra trips because they kept screwing up on the papers. After all those were figured out I had to remind the. For the fourth time to figure out my floor mats. They came up with a "deal" to only pay for half my floor mats even though in the contract it says they will provide floor mats. So now I have to pay extra for something that I was told I would get for free. Very Unsatisfied with my business here. I have wasted more time, gas, and money that the truck isn't even worth what I got it for. The employees need to stop worrying about making a buck and worry about customer satisfaction. Will not ever recommend this dealership. more

The service department was very helpful and courteous. They automatically applied a $100 service coupon I didnt even ask about and gave me an additional break on the standard 60k service because it took longer than they had estimated. I got the car back and it runs like a dream. I can tell the difference from before the maintenance. I am quite happy with Gladstone's Service. more
