Mister Collision Inc

I went in to Mister Collision Inc to get my headliner replaced and the guys were very nice, upfront, and finished the work in a timely manner. The only setback was that when it rained, it leaked a lot. I called them and they told me to bring the car back into the shop. They then had no problem fixing it. It was overall a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone. more

I've been to Mister Collision Inc. twice, and each times has been good. They always have great customer service. They are willing to work with me on price, and how long the repairs will take and when I can take my car in. They were great, and even kept my car a few extra days for me while I was on vacation without charging me extra. Also, they always wash it and make sure it's clean when I pick it up. I decided to play tag with my 2011 BMW X5 and a decorative boulder and lost. I ended up doing a considerable amount of damage to the front bumper and front right finder. Mister Collision did an excellent job in repairing the damage. My X5 is metallic in color. They matched the color perfectly. Mister Collision is not satisfied until you as a customer are satisfied. I've actually used Mister Collision a few times, and each time they have always done a great job on the work, but more importantly they worked with me on whatever I needed. One time I brought my car in, I had taken it to the Infinity dealership first. The dealership said it would cost me $1200 just to pull out the dashboard and take a look to find what the problem was. When I took it to Mister Collision, they gave me a couple of things to try that might fix the problem without having to go through all that, and one of the things worked! They didn't take any money off me, and I was willing to pay! They were excellent! more

Mister Collision was real good. It was my first time going over there. Actually, State Farm sent me over there. When I first got there, the first thing I noticed was that it was real nice and real clean, and the people that work there were real nice too. They know what they're doing, and I really enjoyed them. This man is absolutely wonderful and is honest as the day is long and would I refer him to anybody! I hope he is so successful! On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate Mister Collision a 6. I had a fantastic experience! The biggest thing was that I felt very confident dealing with Aldo, who is the owner and decision maker. He met with me, explained the process, looked at my vehicle, and did what he said he was going to do. Granted, there were a couple of hiccups waiting for authorization from the insurance company, but Aldo was very proactive in letting me know what was going to happen, when it was going to happen, and then he did what he said he was going to do, which was a plus. more

It's just been a great experience with Mister Collision. If need be, they can have the people come and pick you up, and they have a rental car waiting for you at the shop. They're very convenient that way, getting your car in and after getting an estimate having a car ready for you. They also keep you up to date as fas as the work is concerned. You're never out of the loop. Overall, I would say their work is great too. more

I had an issue yesterday that Mister Collision was working on. I took my car there because it wouldn't lock after they had worked on it. Aldo really went the extra mile, taking 2-3 hours out of his day to drive over to the dealership for the part and doing everything he could to make it right. more
