I bought blueberry pancakes since they're my mother's favorite and this was Mother's Day, soon after all. In case you are questioning why I took a friend to brunch and left mama at house, it is for the reason that she's on the east coast. I sent flowers, although, so it is ok.
Back to breakfast. The flapjacks had been Enormous! What impressed me was that they had been super moist (i hate that word, so you know this can be a huge deal) and fluffy throughout the entire pancake. No dryness! No not-so-fresh feeling! The fruit puree that they swirl around the plate was also awesome. I ordered the eggs and bacon additionally simply because Fatty likes her breakfast meat; both had been rather tasty.
My friend got the apple sausage jammies with the rosemary potatoes and I was equally impressed with his food. I normally hate residence fries/baked potatoes but there was so a lot flavor in those small, tubby bundles of joy that my preferences have changed.
