Tub shower Refinished 12/26/2011

Thank you Kevin and Miracle Method of Richmond for our beautifully repaired/refinished fiberglass tub shower unit. Our discolored and cracked embarrassingly ugly unit looks new and beautiful again. I am so pleased. Kevin was a courteous professional technician, arrived on schedule, worked diligently until job was complete. more

Kitchen backspash 11/16/2011

David Dowdy and his crew did a great job on resurfacing the kitchen tile backsplash. There was one small hiccup when the technician accidentally applied silicone to the grout between the tile and the counter surface before the sealer had completely dried. In doing so, it discolored a bit, however David did a fantastic job in correcting the issue, coming back several times to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction. In the end, the finished product was outstanding and we certainly appreciated his professionalism and diligence in following through to the end. I would not hesitate to recommend his service and the end product it produces. A great experience all the way around...in spite of the small "oops". more

Kitchen counters 7/24/2011

We didn't look at any other options for resurfacing our rough and period counters. We needed a fast solution that was minimally invasive. David and Elizabeth were very informative, great to work with, and our technician, Kevin, was very courteous, informative and comfortable to be around. The first pass did not produce as smooth a surface as we had expected, but they readily came out and made it what we had hoped for. We're very happy with the result and the greatly improved appearance. more

Hall tub/tile & Master Shower refinished 6/21/2011

After researching and having 5 different estimates and explanations as to what would be done to change the harvest gold and powder blue 70’s color in my two full baths, Miracle Method came out on top. Did a great job, they look like brand new (I just went with the white, but there are many other tile colors to choose from); clean-up was done daily (three days); nice folks working (Randy & Kevin) that were respectful and reliable; would definitely recommend Miracle Method, and have already! The smell was potent initially, but was pretty much gone by the third night. Was nice knowing they were not toxic fumes. more

Bathroom Re-Do 5/20/2011

We throughly enjoyed working with the Dowdys. They were very helpful in answering questions and had wonderful customer service. Harvey was very nice to work with, too. All the work was done on schedule. The smell was bad, but after the doors and windows were open it disappeared. Our bathroom looks spectactular now! more

Kitchen Counters 2/23/2011

We are very pleased with the result. The technicians (Randy, Harvey and David) were professional and worked hard all day to get it done as quickly as possible. The workmanship is excellent. The smell was not as bad as we had expected. more

We had our kitchen countertops done this week. It is so nice to finally have a lighter color and a pretty shine! The old countertops were a terrible dark gray. The young men who did the work were very professional and did an excellent job! more

My bath tub refinishing was done a month ago and has had continual use -- including children! -- and still looks great. The owners and tech were great to work with and I felt confident that this was the right decision for our needs. I would recommend Miracle Method to anyone who wants to upgrade without the expense and headache of a total remodel. Thanks for an instant makeover! more

Great job! The tech Harvey worked very hard and took no breaks. He arrived on time both days.. Counter top looks WONDERFUL.. I will have to admit the smell is AWEFUL... My bathroom does not have a window in it so that didnt help however the tech did try his best to minimize the smell.. He was very professional and a hard worker... Would recommend to all! more

We had a wonderful experience 6/9/2010

We had a wonderful experience. Did not know that countertops and bathroom venetian marble could be resurfaced. What a dramatic difference Miracle Medthod has made! We love it! We went from jade green in the bathroom to a beautiful warm neutral that looks like granite. We went from bland beige in the kitchen to a rich earth tone that looks and feels like stone to match so well with the stainless steel appliances. So much more ecomonical than replacements. The owners wer very professional and accomodating on working around our working schedules. This is the way to go!! more

We had our ceramic floor tile in the two upstairs bathrooms redone. The technician was very pleasant and did a great job prepping the floors. The final result exceeded our expectations, and we would look to do our shower tiles in the future. I would highly recommend this method to anyone. more

I had my bathtub remodeled and am far more satisfied with the results than I realized I would be. It was very good quality of work for what I felt was a reasonable price. And afterward I never would have known anyone had been there except for the fumes and bright white tub; everything had been cleaned up and taken care of. I would highly recommend this company. more

Exceeded our expectations in every way. We were desperate for a solution to our old, beat-up tile counter top, and for the same price a demolition and replacement would have cost, we not only got the counter top and back splash in the kitchen done but also the tile floors, tile walls, and bathtub in our 1.5 bathrooms. Great job, very professional, we could not be more happy. more
