I went here to get my portfolio printed by Friday. No one took down my number so on Friday when I went to go pick it up I was told then that the printer was broken.They printed out the entire job and every single page printed had lines running through them.They said they had someone coming in to fix the printer so it could be done Monday. I needed it done Monday the latest b/c I had an interview. I went in Monday morning and the guy never showed up to fix the printer. I had nothing to go on my interview but the one with the lines going through it and the lines were mentioned on the interview. This place not only wasted my time and money but jeopardized a job opportunity for me. When the printer was fixed still lines and I went to Kinko's no lines! The owner refused to give me my money back and told me that he wasn't going to lose out on money for me. He also said they usually don't print portfolios. That is something that should have been said before they even took on the job.
