MN Home Rental is extremely responsive to property owner's questions and concerns. Their flexible terms make it easy for property owners to work with them. Their contracting, leasing and document management processes is very much streamlined with all processes being online. Best decision I've made since investing in rental properties 4/17/2012

I've had plenty of "Bad" tennants doing this on my own. My first experience with MN Home Rental has been outstanding. From the first initial visit to having my first month's rent direct deposited into my bank account, everything has been handled with top notch professionalizm. The screening process provided an excellent tennant who pays on time and takes good care of my property. You can't ask for anything better when you're into rental properties. more

Outstanding service! 12/10/2011

MnHome Rental is the management company we chose for our first investment property. After a successful and trouble free first year of being landlords, we decided to purchase a second property. Even though we had a prospective tenant, we had MnHome Rental do the screening and make their recommendations. Within 1 weeks time, everything was in order and the lease was signed. We can't say enough good things about the efficiency and professionalism of this company. They are easy to work with, flexible, and even answer the phone when you call! We highly recommend them! more

First-class Property Management 10/25/2010

I did a lot of research in order to find the right property management company for my family. Since I'm not handy, I needed a full-service company that would handle any and everything that comes up. I considered companies both big and small. But I was impressed with Minnesota Home Rental because they were responsive, when I initially contacted them, they were knowledgeable and they -- above all -- highlighted my needs. I worked with Eric and Chad, and they are professionals, in every sense of the word. They provided honest -- and sometimes hard to accept -- input and worked to find a very strong renter. Within a week, we found a prospective couple, but Minnesota Home Rental did its due diligence to ensure that they checked out. Throughout this entire process, Minnesota Home Rental has fulfilled every promise and earned my trust. more

It was a great experience. We had a signed lease agreement in 6 days. 9/28/2010

We had a lot of confidence in the people we dealt with. Someone always answered the phones and took care of the questions and concerns we had. I'm amazed that we had a signed lease agreement in just 6 days and had to turn several people away. Very very efficiently run company!! We were pretty scared going into this, but it really was a great experience. Thank you Eric and Chad!! more

Good service, take more time with clients 2/4/2010

MN Home rental found tenants for us twice in a row. As a homeowner with just one property and limited resources, I am very nervous about having a vacancy. It helps to have someone to count on to get me tenants. However, when there are not very many inquries coming through it would be nice if MN Home rental were more reassuring that the process will work and took the time to give sound advice about the process. more

Minnesota Home Rental has been very quick to answer all of my questions in placing a tenant in my home. The company is small so I don't deal with corporate run-around. I've only been working with them for a little over a month and that's how long it took to get a renter. I'm pleased so far. more

I always had a good experience with Minnesota Home Rental. They were very prompt, professional, and easy to work with. To the best of my knowledge, everything worked out for the people I referred to them.
