Kitchen sink and shower head replacement-satisfied in Bloomington 10/16/2017

I am very satisfied with the process and work done by John H. John H is very knowledgeable, personable and thorough. He went over everything with me up front and offered multiple levels of service with clear pricing for each option. John wore shoe covers while in the house and cleaned up very well after each project he worked on. We will definitely ask for him when we call for our next project. Chad did a great job replacing the shut offs and plumbing adjacent to my water meter. He was courteous (called to inform me that he was running slightly late), efficient and took good care of my home. I highly recommend Chad. more

Great Customer Service! 5/19/2017

John H was more than helpful with all of my questions and concerns. He did not push me to do anything and explained all the options available so I could make the best decision for what worked best for me. While he was coming here to install the plumbing in my kitchen after a kitchen remodel, I had a toilet leak come out of nowhere a day before he was set to do the kitchen plumbing. He was more than helpful with also getting the toilet repair done the same day as the kitchen plumbing. John was absolutely awesome to work with and I would highly recommend him to others! more

Tech is friendly and low pressure. Arrived on time and gave a quick but accurate estimate. Does quality work that solved our sump pump and check valve problems. Will definitely call again for other work. more
