Mini Price Self Storage

I am using Mini Price Storage to store my household goods until I move out of the area. When calling for estimates, the customer service rep was very kind and friendly but she gave me prices and information for unit sizes that were not available at the location we discussed. Nevertheless, once I arrived at location help was friendly; they took me through the lot to look at different units and all went well! Took very little time to complete the paperwork and they were flexible with allowing me to schedule usage of the moving trucks. I would recommend Mini Price to anyone I know who needs storage for whatever reason! more

My husband and I were married this summer and had to combine households all at the same time while buying a new home. So storage was a necessity. The location and convenience of this facility is perfect. Easy to get to and centralized in Newport News. The staff is very friendly, courteous, professional and makes every effort to accommodate our needs. Mini-Price has terrific offers to fit any budget, and just this past weekend, we were able to downsize from the large unit to a mid-size unit without any hassle. The paperwork took just a couple of minutes. And as always, the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The facility is clean, safe and secure. As a customer, I love getting supplies at 50% off! \r Moving is such a tramatic event, It is such a pleasure to deal with a company that understands this. The personnel and facility made an otherwise unpleasant task so manageable. The storage is safe and secure. The personnel are friendly, courteous and generally interested in the customer, (not to mention the extras).
