I really enjoyed the "classic facial" I had this morning. I have been visiting Mind Body and Spirit for almost a year now. The have the best staff! Everyone there is well educated. I especially loved the fact that Kacey explained every product she used, what it was for and how to use it. Also, she explained that all the products she used for my facial are organic with no added chemicals that could damage my skin. I have definately recommend Mind Body and Spirit to all my friends, family and coworkers. I love that everyone employed there is professional but yet relaxed at the same time. You definately start to feel relaxed just walking through the door. Thank you everyone at Mind Body and Spirit for the best spa experience ever.
