I had my doubts at first comparing their low prices, to the prices of car service in the area. However, I was far much impressed with this service from start to finish. Nice newer cab, clean, no smoke smell, and the driver knew exactly where he was going (even without the GPS). He was 10 minutes before schedule in my drive way. I have to write this review to express my thanks to this HONEST and reliable cab company and it's drivers. This is the story: My good friend and colleague took their cab from work, she was rushing to catch a train and left her keys in their cab, he parked and came running after her to give her keys to her. Here's the best part, she also left her phone in there. We all know how attached we all are to our mobile devices and she was just so distraught with out not to mention having to pay for insurance, phone etc. etc. etc. Well this awesome cab company called her home, left her a message letting her know not only did they have her phone but could they come deliver it to her. WOW!!!! I must say I love Milpitas Taxi Cab for their reliability but this was just above and beyond service and frankly rare now a days! more

A relatively new local taxi firm. Great pricing. Drivers are courteous and punctual. Great communication. They have arrived 5 min early each time I have booked and then called me to let me know they were out side and there was no rush. I do not use taxis very often, but this is now my default choice. more
