After calling and listening to their agent on how the plan worked.... and not getting the answers I wanted I decided I didnt want to go the hassle of sending $100 and fight to get it back... The question I asked was if I picked a certain city about/ roughly how much are the fees....They could not tell me if it would be about $100.00 or $1000.00. grrrrr. They have been in business enough to know a good estimate of how much it would cost just from their past costs to clients.... Free is not Free so just beware there are cost involved and there is no estimates given. Also to get Hawaii would mean additional days to be purchased thru them but they have no idea of what the cost per day would be until after you ask to purchase the additional days..... more

It seemed impossible, and we almost gave up while figuring out the right date and time for our trip. Your staff encouraged us until end. They were very helpful and polite to deal with.
