In this economy it is hard to find people not out to just make money. Banks Van Pelt first showed us houses in the area when we first moved to Kingsbay. He showed us all the areas which had houses in our price range and in our interests. We tried to sell our house quickly when we got word we would be transferring to Washington state. Needless to say in three months we were unable to get any buyers in this market. Banks then gave us another option to foreclosure. He is now our property manager. He and his staff take care of everything. They go out of their way to help us and our tenant. They also give great advice. Also he is obviously ex military so he knows about housing allowance and VA loans. Do not go with anyone else! more

This company is not associated with the military. you would think this company knows more about veterans loans because of their name but they don't know anymore than any other agent. I found there are retired military real estate agents at almost every company in the St. mary's area and lots of them with more military experience and more real estate experience than the agent at this company. more

lying and stealing unethical agent i have ever dealt with. went from royal skies to ERA and now says he started this company. he will pay for his stupidity sometime in the future. he said he started one of the other companies and now i know it wasn't true. he was lying to me to get my business. he just wants peoples money and i think he would say anything to get it. at this point i don't even know what kind of military member he was. RUN AWAY!!! more
