A job well done 9/11/2015

Miles Bradley Building and Remodeling, Inc. built the deck at our home. The project was completed on time and the two craftsmen on site did a wonderful job. I mostly interacted with Paige. She was personable, responsive, and did great overall. This company did not offer the cheapest bid but the price was fair. Miles Bradley Building and Remodeling, Inc. delivered the promised product and did a quality job. more

Excellent quality at a fair price. 8/19/2015

I was looking to get an above ground pool deck. I called around several places for quotes, and Miles Bradley Building gave the best price. I had wanted a "wow factor," and they definitely delivered. A crew of two guys built the deck in just three days. They were outstandingly clean, fast, and efficient. It is a wooden deck complete with metal rails- instead of the usual wood. It is an absolutely beautiful deck. When I have people over they are impressed; they say it is the nicest deck they have ever seen. The workmanship is fantastic. I would have them build me another deck if I had the need! more

Phenomenal Deck Job 6/27/2015

We have been extremely pleased with the Miles Bradley experience. Brian was very thorough from start to finish. He was able to help us come up with a design and recommendation that turned out great. I also liked how well he followed up on communication. We had even changed our mind on a few items at the last minute and Brian was more than willing to accommodate us, which we very much appreciated. Chad and the deck crew were also fantastic. They tore down our entire old deck and rebuilt the new one from scratch. They paid close attention to the detail and were able to work around certain obstacles, such as our air conditioner. They were very pleasant to have around. If I needed any further work that required Miles Bradley services, I would certainly call them again. Thanks again for everything! Brandon more

Extremely Positive; High-Quality Workmanship and Very Personable Staff! 3/9/2015

I had Miles Bradley Building and Remodeling, Inc build a deck for me and they were fantastic. I called around to several places and took a number of bids, and while they weren't the lowest (however, they were very reasonable), they added in certain features that made it a higher quality. There was a two man crew here most of the time and the foreman was amazingly talented and responsive. Anytime I pointed out something that was very minor he took care of it immediately. The deck looks great and I am very happy. Would definitely use again if I had too, and highly recommend them! more

Outstanding workmanship 3/3/2015

We use to admire a screen room in our subdivision that we would see on our walks. We found out that Miles Bradley had built it. We hired them to build a Screen Room and Deck for us. Their workmanship is outstanding. We are very happy with the addition to our house. more

Good job and I love the deck they built for me 1/25/2015

Andy quoted my deck last summer and his team did a really good job. Actually I already recommended his team to couple of my friends. And my neighbors told me they love my deck as well. They might not be the cheapest contractor your can find, but their service definitely worth the money and your trust. I like doing business with these guys. more

Fair and competitive prices; great workmanship and stands behind the final product . Just an all around good company to deal with! 9/23/2014

We shopped around, talked to several companies including our original deck contractor from 30 years ago and decided on Miles - Bradley. Going with M-B was the smartest thing we did. The price was very fair and competitive - no hidden extras. The multiple crews on our job were well groomed (not seedy looking), conscientious and dedicated to our job. But most importantly the finishing guys were detail orientated and certainly talented. We had one very minor issue several weeks after completion and a single email to Brian our sales exec resolved it - immediately corrected. We've do believe and have told several people that material selection or combinations thereof is the most difficult aspect of any deck re-do (at least we think so) because it is so personal. But selecting the company is a no brainer - MB is the only way to go. We did all walk-on surfaces (deck proper and steps) in cedar and all railings, spindles and side trim in Trex - and it's awesome! more

Competitively priced, great workmanship, FAST. 5/3/2014

We had MB tear out and replace a wooden stair/walkway down to our lake, about 80 ft. 30+ steps with railing w/ low voltage lighting. They sub the work to a very good crew. We couldn't be happier with the quality, speed, and clean job site. About 5 days start to finish including all the tear out. more

Top notch quality 4/28/2014

Every aspect of the experience was very well done, from the first meeting through to the completion of the job. Brian was very professional and stayed in contact throughout the process. The crew that built the deck was great to work with. They were always on time, professional, kept the mess to a minimum, and hard workers. In addition, their quality of work was exceptional as was their attention to detail. I couldn't be happier with how the deck turned out; it exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend them to whoever asks. more

Replacement of Wood w/Trex Deck 12/9/2013

We were very satisfied with the workmanship and appearance of our new Trex Deck. Our sales rep, Andy was very helpful in helping us choose colors and styles of mat'ls for both decking and railing as well as providing references of prior jobs for us to look at. Our work crew of Mark and Ben were very fast and efficient completing our job in a little under a week. All scrap materials were picked up after job completion (within 1 day). I would unhesitatingly recommend Miles Bradley for a deck project. more

The most positive experience I've ever had with a contractor! 11/12/2013

We hired Miles Bradley Building and Remodeling to demolish our old deck on the back of our house and construct a new one. Before we called them, we contacted a handful of their former clients. Each and every one of them had positive things to say about the contractor. That never happens. The former clients also were very honest and candid about the things they didn't like about Miles Bradley Building and Remodeling, which really were minor, trivial things. I mentioned what was said to Paige, and he was very receptive. He said he wished they had told them so he could correct the issues. He was very positive and welcomed the constructive feedback. Paige's communication was top notch. I never had to contact him. He was very proactive and would call to let me know what was going on with the project. He would even call to check and see if I was satisfied with the work that was being done. The workers were there when he said they would be. They were quick, neat and clean. It was not your typical contractor experience! It was the most pleasurable and positive contractor experience I ever endured. more

They came; they quoted; they built - Lovely! 11/6/2013

Miles Bradley built a new Deck and a Gazebo in our garden. Once started, they worked right through, letting us know of any delays or questions. Watching a building go up, with all the carpentry, is a beautiful sight! Carpenter, helpers, electricians all came and went as scheduled. The salesperson stayed on top of the project and was most helpful. Thanks - we really enjoy our Gazebo. more

Impeccable!!! 11/4/2013

I called a handful of references on the company. All were very honest and forth write. All said they would use the company again. From start to finish the entire project was flawless. Communication was incredible, quality of work was beautiful, professionalism was displayed by the crew, and the rate of completion was mind blowing! All aspects of the company with reference to our project were all of the highest quality. I would absolutely use Miles Bradley again and I would recommend them to anyone. Their pricing was competitive with being in the middle of the row. and they followed up on things following final approval from the city to ensure we were happy with our finished product. It was a great experience and we love our deck. more

Very professional and customer-oriented 10/28/2013

I am extremely pleased with my deck. Brian made great suggestions for the project. I never felt that he was simply trying to make a sale. The installers were very, very good at what they were doing. Truly concerned with the quality of their work and paid absolute attention to detail. I feel that there isn't anything that could have been improved. Cleanup was quick and thorough. I would recommend Miles Bradley Construction to anyone more
