The wait is long here because the stylists are good. The haircut is as good as you can describe it and just saying "Short" wont help because the stylists aren’t mind readers. So if you can't verbalize what you want, bring a picture. Don't you dare go to the chair not knowing what you want because that’s what you should have figured out while you were waiting.
