When my son got his license we took him here to find a car. He fell in love with a car that was a little out of our budget. The salesman was very kind and gave it to us for a price we could afford. Now my son is happy and our wallets are not empty, and that makes me very happy. more

Fantastic Experience 9/14/2011

My husband and I recently bought a 2008 4-door VW Rabbit here and had a fantastic experience working with one of their sales representatives. We came in with a very clear idea if what we were looking for (a car to use primarily for commuting, low-mileage, a Rabbit model, etc), as well as a non-negotiable, set budget. He gave us exactly that, and we could not be happier. more

I chose to come to Mike's Auto Forum because of their selection of Chevy's. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for at this time but the fact that they let me test drive a few cars anyways was great. They also informed me that when what I want does come in that they would call and let me come down to check it out. The service was really great and I look forward to doing business with you guys. more

Hassle free 8/18/2011

I bought a used Chevy Cobalt here. It had low miles and was incredibly clean. The staff was friendly. I took the car for a test drive and just knew I had found my new/used car. Hassle free! more

Well I dealt with Mike at Mike's Auto Forum here in Arlington Heights to handle some issues I was having with my Chevy. He was very professional and didn't try and sell me service I didn't need as I did already know what the issue was. Ordered the parts and my car was done before the close of business. more

Nice used cars 8/16/2011

I went to Mike's Auto Forum to look for a used car. I was able to find a 2002 Toyota Corolla in great shape with pretty low miles. In addition, I received a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty, so I am stoked about that. I would recommend them if you're looking for a nice used car. more

Makes your car like new 8/11/2011

I came here to see how it was like, since the rating and reviews online was so good. Also my car needed some repair. The rates/reviews were exactly like how everyone had said. They handle everything professionally and answers every questions you might have thoroughly. I will keep bringing my car here if it needs repairing again. more

Keep on comin back 7/29/2011

I need my car, for work and travel so it needs to be serviced right by people who know what they are doing. So that's why when I need a tune-up, oil change or tire change I call these guys up to bring it in. Every time, great job... never had a complaint about their work, rates or employees. They don't talk in circles like other people do you know. I leave happy, always, I never leave like I just been duped. That's why I keep coming back. more

No drifting 7/27/2011

After drifting away for reasons of convenience, my grandpa and I are glad to be back at Mike's. I dropped by to ask about getting my car's steering serviced and they took the car in right away. They had it fixed in a couple of hours. They also helped with logistics related to our other car's needs for service. Mike is helpful and direct. We wonder why we ever drifted! more

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Mike's Auto Forum for over 6 years. Great service, honest, conscientious. Costs much, much less than service at a dealer. He has fit us into his schedule when we've had emergency situations. more

This shop is great! I came to Mike's for a second opinion on my car and ended up saving $500 that another shop had tried to charge me. They got everything done in one day and called me several times to give me updates. I will definitely be back! more

Watch the lies! 5/2/2011

You may get a good price on the car......but pray you don't have any problems. Mike will lie directly to your face. I am sure he is the type of person that would screw a family member for a nickle. Not a nice man at all. I won't even go into the details as I would prefer to forget the whole incident. Just remember that you have been warned. If you see one of his advertisements for a car.....run. Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. You can thank me later. What did your parents always tell you? If it is too good to be true, it probably isn't more
