They told me my 2 truck tire could be mounted and balanced or 49$. They put my truck up on the rack. Manager come out n says he is gonna have to charge an additional 25$ to balance my tires because they are 285s. That wasn't mentioned when I told him they were for my truck. That's a common tire for trucks. I feel like they were trying to rip me off. I didn't pay the extra charge because I can go down the street to any other shop that won't care what size they are and even charge less more

I took my car here for a state inspection so I could renew my tags. They told me I needed about $1300 worth of work done in order to pass inspection. I was a little skeptical because some of the work they told me I needed - had just been done by my dealership a few months prior. I took my car back to the dealership - and they did about $300 worth of work so that my car would pass inspection. Goodyear was trying to milk me out of an extra $1000! I won't ever go back to that place. more

The alternator went out on my vehicle, so I took it into a local dealer. The Service Department "respresentative" informed me that my Extended Warranty had expired, then tried to charge me $100 just to even look at it. Joe, Rick & the crew have been providing an example of what HONEST PROFESSIONALS are for as long as I can remember and continue to exceed my expectations. I have taken my car to this Goodyear twice now, and each time has been a pleasant experience. The first time was to have my car inspected, and it was done promptly. The second time, was to have all 4 of my tires changed. I had purchased my tires from an online retailer, and Goodyear had no problem with me having the tires delivered directly to the store (and they weren't even Goodyear brand tires). The tire installation only took an hour, but I had to pick up my car later in the day because of work. I was stuck in traffic, and was rushing to get to the store before they closed at six. I called them asking if it was ok if I get there right at six, and they said that would be fine, and would be willing to have me come in even if it was a few minutes after closing. I got there right at 6, paid, and within minutes I was on my way. My total was $94, which I felt was a fair price. Pros: null Cons: null more

I got 3 estimates for QuickStruts from diferent shops (which is struts and the springs) and they were the first and the cheapest by $300. I took it in to have the work done and confirmed at that time that they were indeed using quick struts which they verified. My truck did not not feel any different but I gave it some time and after a month of feeling no improvement I got under my truck to notice that they had not replaced my springs and lied to me telling me that they used quick struts, which again were supposed to be springs and struts. I confronted them on this and they refused to honor their agreement to install quickstruts, evidently because they quoted me to low of a price originally so they bait and switched me without admitting their mistake before the work was done, nor did they admit that that they made a mistake in their original quote. I had about 8 conversations about my estimate before I decided to have them do the work, and I assure you that I, and they, were clear as a whistle as to the fact that QuickStruts with struts and springs were what I was supposed to get, not just struts. Do not use these guys! more
