I recently had a new air conditioning duct and heat pump installed in my home by Midsouth Installers Heating & Cooling. They were scheduled to arrive to start the work at 8:00am and they arrived at my house at 7:58. They came in and went straight to work and when they were done they cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there. I will be using Midsouth in the future for sure! more

Above and Beyond 6/29/2016

Midsouth Installers Heating & Cooling came out to replace my AC and heating unit. They were professional and on time for the appointment. I really appreciate how they took an interest in us. I needed to take my husband to the hospital and the technicians helped me to walk my husband to the car. I felt comfortable leaving them inside of my home while we were gone. Prices are excellent. more

I recommend Midsouth Installers Heating & Cooling all the time, I already have for a few years. They come here for my air AC unit and I like that they are professional, they are prompt and they offer very high quality service. I couldn't ask for anything else. They do high end work and it also lasts a long time. They installed my system from scratch and then they have been the ones to service it for the past 3 or 4 years already. more

I Will Use Them Again! 5/2/2016

I've been using Midsouth Installers Heating & Cooling for about 12-15 years. Recently I placed a call with them and within 48 hours after placing the call they were out to my home providing minimal services for my AC. So, far the results are excellent. Chris and Barry are very good and I am please with their work. I've recommended Midsouth Installers Heating & Cooling to my family, friends and neighbors and all of them have had great experiences with this company as well. Their prices are reasonable. more

My experience with Midsouth Installers Heating & Cooling was good. They came out and looked what I had to have done; gave a fair price; gave the date they would be here and did a quality job. They installed an HVAC unit in the garage and they cleaned up after themselves. I've been using them for five years and they are courteous, prompt and honest--the most impressive parts of their service. It is easy to make appointments with them and, when I have called for emergencies, I've never had any issues with them taking care of it when I needed it. more

Our contractor told us about Midsouth Installers Heating & Cooling after we needed a review of our system, so we had them come out to check on our unit. It was easy to make the appointment and they came out right away. The technician was friendly and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He found no problems and it was a quick and easy visit. Their prices are reasonable and I would hire them again. more

Very gracious and polite, just a very nice young man. 2/18/2016

Kerri Nicolas from Midsouth Installers Heating & Cooling was the installer that came to do work on my daughter's unit. She had to get a new unit like one and a half years ago. Since then, he comes back about once every year to make sure that everything is working fine. He also does any repairs that the unit might need. Midsouth charges a fair price and Kerri is very gracious and polite. more
