The Middletown Thrall Library is in an old railroad depot in the heart of downtown Middletown. IMHO it is the 2nd best library in Orange County (but not second rate by any means). They have a GREAT quiet room where they have traveling exhibits from time to time (currently a display about Lincoln and the Emancipation Proclaimation). An above average array of books, and a lot of "arty" dvds.
